    I took my truck in a week before an appointment and pointed out what was wrong. then I made the appointment, it also had recalls (2), my truck stayed at the shop all day from 7:45 am till I called about 3:30 due to I needed to go home for the day, I called the shop they told me that the truck will be ready a 5pm. I said leave it there I found a ride. when i got to the dealer ship i was told that they had to order some parts my truck was not finished. and the recall was not done neither. why did I not get informed that they needed parts, plus they already knew what was wrong, order the parts just incase. not satisfied with the service , no communication. no pre-planning.
